Because I am a poor and lowly college student, I am borrowing these books to get the patterns I want out of them. And there are some awesome ones!

As far as knitting stuff goes, I finished my bamboo cowl, though I'm not getting any good photos to turn out. So oh well. Maybe I'll get some action shots when the weather cools down ... oh wait, I'm moving to Texas. Well, maybe someday.
I recently got a pattern that I really liked from Glampyre Knits, so that is my project for today. I've had two skeins of Noro Kujaku sitting around for like three years. I need to use it.
In more nerdy news, I figured out how to use Boot Camp to partition my hard drive and install Windows on part of it. I feel like I've soiled my poor MacBook, but I really wanted to be able to watch movies on Netflix's Watch Instantly feature. So I had to do what I had to do. Now I can watch many glorious episodes of Classic Who without them being chopped into 20 pieces on YouTube.
