when will man learn that all races are equally inferior to robots?
My new addition to the Futurama family:
Well, after I post this.
Next up is a hat or two for a commission. The story goes like this. Ever since I finished my thesis, I've been at a loss of what to do at my computer lab job. I mean, before, I could write and research. But now I just sit there for seven hours. So. I started hard-core knitting while on the job (hence so many FOs lately). A woman saw me knitting, and asked if I'd knit for her. Pssh, why not? Easy money! And motivation to use up my stash of yarn. So my first project is the Twirly Top Toque from One-Skein Wonders.
Now I'm off to watch some tentacle-filled-sci-fi-cartoon-action-adventure goodness!

KnittingHelp.com is a great site to learn about different kinds of stitches. There are videos for everything. I love it. I still use it as reference from time to time.
I am so impressed to find someone else who combines two of the things I love! I thought I was a weirdo for likeing to knit too (my boyfriend never tires of laughing at me when I get the needles out!).
I adore Furturama, it never fails to cheer me and put a smile on my face no matter what my mood and no matter how often I watch it.
Finally a kindred sprit!
