work in progress - toasty topper
This is Knitty's Toasty Topper. It's such a quick knit and I know it'll be very cute when it's finished.
I almost had a heartattack trying to find a US7 circular needle in my place. My yarn stash is fairly organized but my needles are eevvvvverywhere. I need to get my act together with that stuff.
I'm at about 80% on this guy, and am going to give it to my cousin as a baby shower gift. Brick red is nice because it can be for boys or girls, and I honestly can't remember if it's going to be a boy or a girl. Oh well whatever.
Up next is Purl Bee's Cashmere Cowl, which I am not making using a cashmere. Go figure. I'll be using the Summer Blooms laceweight yarn that I got in the mail the other day. The peachy-yellow is gorgeous. I can't wait!
