I seriously can't believe it. 30+ of my knitting books, pamphlets, and magazines are gone. Now I sit around and wait for the claims adjuster to call me. I guess it's good that I ordered a few new books from Knit Picks during their 40% off sale or I'd have nothing. That and the two crochet books I bought on discount at a local book store. A woman saw me knitting, and asked if I'd knit for her. Pssh, why not? Easy money! And motivation to use up my stash of yarn. So my first project is the Twirly Top Toque from One-Skein Wonders.
Now I'm off to watch some tentacle-filled-sci-fi-cartoon-action-adventure goodness!
